Q. Do we have to get the job printed with Clic or can we use our local printer?
A. Yes you can. For a small cost we can output the artwork to disc ready for print or send it to you via email. Clic will not take responsibility in the outcome of any artwork printed by any other than our own? print partners.

Q. What is dpi?
A. ‘dpi’ stands for dots per inch. Every image is made out of tiny little squares called pixels and the quality of the image is determined by the amount of pixels within. For example, a 300dpi image sized at 7×5” will print out at a much higher quality (approx x4) than 72dpi 7×5”. As computer screens are only able to process in 72dpi resolution there is no need to make images any larger than 72dpi for websites or on screen graphics. The dpi of an image can easily be changed using the appropriate software but please bear in mind the scaling rule..

Q. I already have a company logo but it needs updating. Is this something you can do?
A. Of course we can. We don’t just build logos from scratch, we also specialise in logo development. The greatest, most memorable logos have changed with the times so why can’t yours?

Q. What do you charge for your graphic design services?
A. As each job we do is different from another it’s difficult to put a price on a certain item. If you would like an estimate, please send us a full detail brief and we will gladly send you a quote. You can supply a quote request from the home section of the site.

Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. At the moment we only accept cheques or BACS but we will shortly be able to accept payment through Paypal and hopefully expand to cards in the near future.

Q. What is the client’s involvement in the design process?
A. You can get involved as much as you like. Some of our clients like to suggest ideas or concepts for further development, others like to sit back and wait for the results. It’s entirely up to you.
